How do us veg*ns know if we are getting enough?

or too little of what we need in a day?

I mean I try to eat healthy enough, but sometimes its hard because I can’t buy all of my own foods cause I’m still in high school.

I’m vegetarian for now so please help me and tell me if my day is balanced enough or not.

My day usually consists of eating the following:
Vegetables- mostly lots of lettuce, onions, tomatoes on sandwich and others too
Fruits- I try and force myself to drink juice or eat watermelon or canelope(? lol idk how to spell)
Nuts- I try to force myself to eat some but only end up eating 6-10 pecans per week
Drinks- Usually I drink a cup of tea and a cup of soy milk and lots of ice tea
Pasta or breads- usually 1 sandwich everyday and a meal of pasta
I usually make soup once a week that contains veggies

I’m planning to add Tofu to my daily meal, maybe.

Is this a well rounded meal? I may be iron deficient though because I’m always drained of energy although some days I just lounge around which is only once or twice a week. What foods contain iron?

tomatoes, carrots and eggs. I also dont eat anything that is too oily or watery.I dont eat any fruits.
